Ultra-fine plasma cleaning
By means of plasma cleaning in an O2 low-pressure plasma, extremely small organic contaminations can be removed even from inaccessible cracks and cavities. With ultra-fine cleaning, the biological substance (germs) is not only killed off but also split into gaseous short-chain components and removed completely.
