Atmospheric pressure plasma The efficient plasma pre-treatment
With plasma nozzles (Plasma Jet) Inline surface treatment
Improve the performance, durability and aesthetics of your products with atmospheric pressure plasma systems from Diener electronic, an innovative and environmentally friendly technology. It is a process that uses cold plasma with the help of plasma nozzles (plasma jet) to improve the properties of materials. Surface pre-treatment using atmospheric pressure plasma technology is time-saving, cost-effective and offers excellent results.
The right plasma nozzle for your plasma treatment
Diener electronic offers you a choice of four different plasma nozzles, which work in open air. Plasma is generated in different treatment widths, depending on the nozzle. From 3 - 5 mm with our mini nozzle up to 120 mm with the rotating RT nozzle. There are therefore no limits to your plasma pre-treatment, as the plasma nozzles can also be positioned next to each other to ensure extensive cleaning and activation.
