Silicone removers

The term ‘silicone removers’ often refers to surfactant-based cleaning agents. They are able to make a surface look clean, but they cannot remove tightly adhering silicone films. In plasma engineering, the term ‘silicone removers’ describes plasma systems which use oxygen plasma to completely remove the most minute silicone residues.
