Polyphenylene sulfide

Semi-crystalline high-performance plastic with high rigidity, heat and temperature resistance. For its excellent thermal properties, polyphenylene sulfide is widely used in electronics and electrical engineering, for example for lamp bases, switch housings etc. It also plays a significant role that PPS has very good flow properties during processing in injection moulding and can therefore also be used in very narrow material cross-sections. The material has non-polar properties and must be activated before printing, preferably by plasma treatment.
