Collective term for all plasma processes which can be used forsurface treatment. These are in particular:
- Plasma cleaning
of all surfaces - Plasma activation
to increase the surface tension - Plasma etching
to increase the surface, for matting and structuring - Plasma coating
for applying various functional surfaces
