Plasma oven

The word plasma oven is a synonym for plasma system, plasma etcher or plasma cleaner. In contrast to an oven, our systems generate heat only as a by-product, but the goal is to modify the surface of materials. It will be done by plasma cleaning, plasma activating, plasma etching or coating using plasma polymerisation.
