A curious group came to the company building in Ebhausen.

The slogan on the LED display in front of the front door "The future will be electric" quickly became a topic indoors. There were both interesting discussions about the development in the e-mobility area, as well as about the constantly growing use of robots in industry.

Training should prevent a shortage of skilled workers

Christof Diener, the company owner and founder himself, took his time this afternoon and answered every question. Of course, the growing shortage of skilled workers was also an issue - however, Diener Electronic has its own recipe for this, as the company founder explained: "It is very simple, we provide training, because the training of specialists is the most important investment in the future of the company."

After a lively discussion, the visitors went across the building. You could get an idea of ​​the everyday life of the employees. In addition, visitors gained insights into the design, the individual production of the systems and also in all other departments. In the process development, the interested group was brought closer to the effect of a surface treatment by means of tests.

Since this day met with such great enthusiasm, all the seats were fully booked weeks before the event and the waiting list was already well stocked, there will be another open day at Diener Ectronic on January 21, 2021.
