Vacuum chamber

A pressure vessel which is evacuated by a vacuum pump and which contains a gas under reduced pressure. The gas may be air due to lackage of the vessel, or may be a process gas which is released to the vacuum chamber by a valve system. Even many substances which are liquid under normal atmospheric conditions may be gaseous in the vacuum chamber

Many technical processes can be executed in a vacuum chamber such as PVD, CVD, Sputtering, and any Low pressure Plasma Process. (⇒ Plasma chamber)

Aluminium Vacuum chamber

We, the company Diener electronic GmbH + Co. KG have been manufacturing vacuum systems for 25 years now. During this time, we were able to gather a great deal of experience and knowledge in the field of vacuum technology.

We asked ourselves, how we could make a vacuum chamber easier and cheaper. The result is a unique flexible chamber system based on aluminum extrusion profiles.

The three-meter-long profiles are cut to the desired length

A front door and a back wall are easy to attach by screwing.
