Recipient

In low pressure plasma technology also designated Plasma chamber or just chamber. The recipient is a vessel designed to resist high pressure. It is the chamber where a plasma process takes place. It needs to be fabricated from a material which resists the plasma processes executed inside. Very often stainless steel is used however several plasma processes require recipients made from high-puridity quartz glas.
