Printed circuit board

Insulating board equipped with metallicConductors as a carrier for electronic components. The base material of printed circuit boards is usually glass fibre reinforced epoxy resin. Conductors are applied either on one or on both sides, or several layers (multi-layers) of conductors are provided. Usually, the conductors are made of copper; they are applied in a photolithography process . The electronic components are equipped with electrical contacts on soldering surfaces (pads) or soldering eyes and mechanically fastened at the same time.
