Plasma nozzle

The plasma generator of an atmospheric plasma system (PlasmaBeam) comprises high-voltage electrodes for generation of a corona discharge and a plasma nozzle through which the plasma generated in the corona is blown off with the process gas. Different nozzle types are available for optimum adjustment to the treatment process and the substrate material.
