Mass flow controller. Precisely regulating components installed in gas pipelines for adjustment of the gas flow. In PC-controlled plasma systems, MFCs control the supply of the process gas. As optional accessory, MFCs can also be installed for process control in manual and semi-automatic low-pressure plasma systems.
