Coil coating

Coil coating is the continuous pretreatment and coating of coil material. The paint is applied by casting or rolling processes. The coat is baked at 180-260 °C for 20-60 seconds. The composite of a metallic carrier material and an organic coating, the coil coating material, combines the outstanding properties of both components.
