Clean-room

In a number of operating processes, contamination by suspended particles is not acceptable. These operating processes take place in clean-rooms. Clean-rooms are characterised by the equipment as well as by hermetic sealing and ventilation with purified air via ventilation systems that ensure special flow conditions and constant overpressure in the room.
