Catheter

Thin tube or small-bore tube inserted into an organ or vessel to medically examine, flush, fill, or drain the organ or vessel. By means of plasma processes, catheters are cleaned, disinfected, provided with antibacterial functions or coats to ensure insertion into the vessels at minimum friction.
